Monday 12th November – 5.30pm – Grimmond Room, Portcullis House The topic for this Discussion Meeting is meeting major public infrastructure projects – ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’. How should we judge success, and how can we learn from and avoid failure? This meeting will consider examples of major infrastructure projects and the lessons to be learned from them. Our Speakers will include Sir Terry Morgan CBE, Chair of Crossrail.
